@dreadly101 I'm loving it. Mind you, I've been riding a Honda 250 for a couple of years as a commuter bike, so it's a bit different... in a good way. Also about 6'3" and anywhere between 92 and 105kg depending on how lazy/injured I get, so definitely loving the 955cc. Did the old Pacific Highway from Sydney up to Mangrove Mountain and across to Wisemans Ferry and back. Was kind of over it by the end of that, but had a sore wrist before I started and it was a good 5 hours in the saddle.

@nmklpkjlftmch Hey mate im Aussie too, how do ya like the 955i daytona? is it quick and good brakes balance handling etc? Im thinking of getting one next week- ive riden the daytona 675 and street triple, i was found them a tad small, im 6.3 90kgs+ so i thought id buy a speed triple. But after coming across the 955i daytona looks bigger and more comfortable than a 675 and could do some longer trips, gingers creek run is only an hr away from me on the mid nth coast, and thoughts or suggestions??
i admit i dont know a lot bout bikes but this bike is simply gorgeous . pity they stopped producing this . i've got a plastic model of this bike since 4th grade but i guess ill have to be content with it . by the way great video

@thrallingFRglory Hi there. Thanks for your comment. I am sure that you can get a used bike like this in good condition. You know, we Triumph people take care of our motorcycles...

I'm picking up an 02 model on Tuesday, assuming the test ride goes well enough. The more I see of the bike and videos like this one, the more the next 4 days are really going to drag on and seem like forever. Looking forward to some wide open roads, or nice bendy ones like the old Pacific Highway between Sydney and Newcastle (Australia)

How nice, I am sure you are going to have a blast. I did the Iron Butt 1600K with mine last summer which just proves the versatility of the bike. Good luck with yours, mate!
