@tenjinnim hehe, yes.. The Chevy Cruze is sold in Korea as Daewoo Nubira... The Ecotec engine in that car is Korean-European technology... Chevrolet has been using those engines designed by Opel since few years ago.

The Cruze is doing pretty well in WTCC, they are occupying the top places, over other brands like Seat or BMW...

@wtrdogg20 statistically... i agree with you that audi is leading the class in lemans, but personally, if you look at it, Audi should be in the unlimited class, they arent even using the stock chassy anymore to compete anymore... as a matter of fact, they are using monocoque bodies and gives them an extreme edge. good call on the WTCC... i didnt know the cruze was more korean and european than american.. Lol

@wtrdogg20 you are correct in that ford america is not the one running on wrc, but their motorsport division is in the WRC, i.e. Ken Block's Monster World Rally Team Ford Fiesta in Rally America (this one is in america), Tanner Foust's Rockstar-Etnies rallycross Ford Fiesta (AWD Division), and Jari-Matti Latvala's BP-Ford World Rally Team car

anyways... not trying to bash, just trying to say FORD doesnt suck in motor sports!!!

Dont worry, I know US car makers are NOW involved in more motor sport worldwide. However, dont forget Ford America is not the one running the WRC, it is Ford Europe. Chevrolet is running the WTCC with the Cruze, which is more Korean and European (Opel) than American.... and well, with the Corvette in the Lemans races, hmmm they are doing good, but it is still dominated by automakers like Audi.
