@kotapaka If a soldier can't take a shower with someone, what kind of soldier are they? What kind of HUSBAND or lover are they to their wives if they don't see themselves as remotely attractive. Good-looking straight guys tend to hang out with good-looking straight guys....this is no accident....they can tell when a guy is good looking or not....are YOU blind or intentionally dim?

@kotapaka No one is asking to have to specify their orientation. You know how many people are IDIOTS in the military and who must be a real drag to work with? They are not all honourable soldiers. Whether someone is gay or not should not be an issue. People should not be kicked out of the military if they are doing their job properly. I am never going to understand your side, simply because your side seems to always mis-state the problem.

Hold on hold on! I am for gay marriage and and I've nothing against gay people BUT I see no reason to have to specify your sex orientation when joining the military. Even if the govt. allowed it it would be against you! Trust me not everybody would want to shower with a homosexual next to them. Let's think and not be blinded by this openness and try to put it everywhere even it places where it will do more harm than good. Religion, sex inclinations etc shouldn't have to be disclosed in the mlita
