@swoldu01 gold doesn't burn, and the Fed can not inflate it. Nevertheless, it's not my place or the Fed's to tell you what type of currency is the best to trade with. I trust that you are smart enough to figure that out for yourself. It might be gold, it might be a currency noone has even conceived of yet. At the rate the Fed's devaluing the US dollar, they are likely to try and centralize it further into a world fiat currency. Would you rather that than gold?

Has nothing to do with what it's beeing backed up by, most countries have fiat currencies. Problem is a private secretive organisation controlling the worlds most powerful country.

@Saints9R To control the currency is to control the people. To centrally plan the economy is the mechanism by which countries are enslaved these days. So to write that fiat money is OK, because most economies are based on fiat money, is to not understand how "the man behind the curtain" is controlling things.

Interesting video concept... yeah, it definitely illustrates that your "money" is just worthless scraps of paper. But, I'd just as soon trade mine for some silver. Once metal prices skyrocket, even more people will grasp the concept that fiat currency is worthless.

@MasterMike44 We're not suggesting you burn your fake money, but if we want to burn our fake money as a commentary of the nature of fiat currency, what's it to you? You seem to suggest that our action contributes to poverty, when it is the nature of fiat currency, and a government sanctioned monopoly on money printing that exasperates the conditions for poverty, not only for the homeless, but for you and me as well. Vent your anger at the true criminals, not us for breaking a stupid law.

@apetrowsky1 Sorry to jump in here, but it's my video and I will clarify my position on the Federal Reserve and Government. Some people like Dennis Kucinich and Ellen Brown, among others promote this idea to take the power to print money away from the Federal Reserve and give it to Congress to solve our financial problems. This is a false solution and must be rejected. A decentralized economy with competing currencies, sound money, and NO CENTRAL PLANNERS is what REP Freedom Force supports.

@Saints9R The USA isn't the worlds most powerful country, once everyone else starts calling on the US debt it'l collapse, good luck buying the 99% of things that make the country run from china when they don't accept the dollar, try buying the fuel to run all your tanks and economy when the dollar becomes hyperinflated. I doubt the USA will even be the USA in 5 years time, the individual states will start dropping out of the broken union.
