@Horaypa Costumes are identical to Georgians (I am an Abhazian who was born and grew up in Turkey by the way) Watch Lazuri see what I am talking about. I will say you mixed Georgian culture with Greek and walla. Cultures intermingle with surrounding neighbors, lands change hands thru out the history. Claiming land where Greek expansion at its max same as Turks asking Ottoman land back. My two cents :-)

@Tisiphone2 Yes the word is settled. Far from main land (today's Greece, western Turkey. Separation changes people. Cultural exchange happens. As most Greek mentioned, Turks (born there) are from Central Asia, but settled Asian minor around 11th century. After all these years when you compare Turks from Turkey and Turks from Central Asia. Difference is like day and night. Even though name may be Greek but when you compare the costumes from main land Greece, there is NO resemblance.
