  • If you need to choose between the sound of indigo and Superstation II what will you choose???

  • @MusicSasho I would choose both of them. But truthfully speaking probably Access Virus Indigo 2. Reason for it is the sonic sound capabilities are crisper reacher to start with. With Novation you have to spent some time programing to get to sound it great. But than again you get to program your own Areppegiator patterns up to 64 steps and save it in User Banks of 128 slots. Also you have up to 7 effects per sound, and you can have 8 sounds at the same time, which is unheard of on other boards.

  • omnisphere.

  • @thepauloapo Yes thank you. Omnisphere. Cheers.

  • Spot on. Software will not replace hard synths. Tweeking all them knobs & tickling keys is far more fun. The human brain has far more power than a PC & far more memory. Tactile objects that make sounds stimulate the brain. Hard Synths = instant feedback that will make the user far more in tune with his creation. The Supernova II is a blue beast. Mastering it will increase your IQ unlike software which switches the brain off. Playing hardware affects the soul. You can feel the change!

  • @funkb0x I could not agree with you more and encapsulate better your thoughts and ideas in this comment. I really do appreciate your input, and tip a hat to a soul that is aware on another level. Cheers. Electronic Music Composer and Pianist ObeeLektro.

  • @thepauloapo why you of course

  • @DavidLovasMusic who are you replying to anyway?

  • @thepauloapo The manner in which you choose to infer the superiority of software over hardware synthesizers - proves neither effective, nor educated. Come back with your thoughts once you have established a sense of reason, which will hopefully allow you to argue your point to some extent.

  • as much as I appreciate your introduction, I wonder why youre starting off with such an harsh, unpleasing sound (also the supernova reverbs are not its highlights)... it doesnt get more earpleasing as you tweak it for nearly 10 minutes, though I see your intentions and you try... love the supernova anyway :)
