You get four fun and motivating workouts. This "backside" workout focuses on your buttocks, legs and back (it's designed to be used in conjunction with Jillian's similar "frontside" DVD). The workout features straight-forward aero/tone circuits — sequences that alternate between aerobics and body-sculpting.
