@CptZsoci Biological is the adjective form of biology, which means "the study of life", since 'bio' is the Latin root for life. Although the term refers to a scientific study, it may aptly be used to describe living (or biological systems). A virus plays a distinct role in such living systems, so despite the fact that it is not living, it is concordantly studied in biology. You can apply the same principle to a molecule.
