Ammo Report: Blazer 22 Long Rifle - Way Better Than Expected.

Just a quick report on what turned out to be a very reliable 22 LR round, for very little money. I shot a full 500 rd box of this stuff in one afternoon, in a hot, dry, dusty environment, and I had almost zero failures. For the price I paid ($16), I think that's worth making a video about. I'll be buying lots of this stuff in the future.

Jeez, love that camera angle in between two targets. Made me laugh nervously to watch though. Good review. I love Blazers through my 10/22 and other auto-pistols but the softer (alum) casing doesn't work well in revolvers. They will deform out toward the primer side and lock up the cylinder after 3-4 shots. My revolvers like Federal BulkPac better just for the casings.

But no complaints on Blazers. Awesome, reliable plinkin' ammo at a very good price.

The rounds not being jacketed, did you experience any lead fowling?

I just purchased a Beretta NEOS and I am about 300 rounds in with it. So far not a single issue with this ammo at all. It feeds, fires, and extracts everytime. The only issue is the only place that sells this ammo around me is 45 minutes away. This stuff is well worth the drive and I plan on picking up 2k rounds this week.

I shoot blazers through my M&P15-22 and never had an issue of any kind with nearly a 1000 rounds shot... Im curious how they shoot through the Ruger SR22 pistol before I purchase it. Im really like blazer 22LR ammo

I have had good performance with the Blazer ammo. And also with the Federal Champion 510s.
