This video highlights the Microenterprise Access to Banking Services (MABS) program which is implemented by the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines with support from USAID. The program develops the capability of rural banks to profitably provide microfinance services (loans, savings, money transfer services) to microenterprises and low income households in the Philippines.
