Wow people really enjoy poking holes in this ending. Well look at it this way even if they kill Naomi (they would have to she has darkening now) the only possible scenarios left are to ether restart reality, have Shinozaki go mad and kill everyone with the ghosts, restart the school with Yuki as the new Sachiko, or go back successfully (not counting on Satoshi getting darkening, Yuka refusing to leave Satoshi if he does darken, or Shinozaki degrading upon Naomi death or Satoshi's darkening).
