  • THanks for the question. I must have mispoken--we generate too much positive ions from leading our humanly lives, so earthing helps to balance us by allowing us a way to dissipate those positive ions through the earth. Does that make sense?

  • @Mike82ARP Please listen better, he never stated that Pos. ions were desirable.

  • Thanks for great video with to the point info.

  • The friction between positive and negative ions is how the body generates energy. So you actually do need some positive ions in your system, otherwise your functions would cease. Unfortunately there's an abundance of positive ions generated in our modern world and not enough negatives. You want to have a higher ratio of negative to positive ions for optimal health.

  • @Mike82ARP It's NOT desireable to have pos. ions. There's a miscommunication or misunderstanding here.

  • I have a question. You note that “positive ions” are desirable, however Dr. SInatra, who also advocates earthing mentions we take up electrons when we walk on the ground in our bare feet. Electrons with their negative charge might be able to neutralize positively charged free radicals, so why is it desirable to have “positive ions” in our system?
