some douche nugget installed all my shite when I wasn't home but my roommate was - he didn't install or hook up anything and there were missing wires - all he did was leave the cable box in my entertainment center and SPLIT..... REeeeeeAAAAAAALY. that nite it was safe to say I cancelled services, because I had no idea what to do, and he wouldn't even come back....eff'ed the eff up
