The film clip is a prototype in demonstration to show how a AA 1.2 volt battery generates 3.6 volts to power an iPOD or mobile phone.

  • You can have a small amount going in with a large voltage going out according to meters. I've had 600% o/u indicated but until a true load is measured it means nothing. The output pulse width may be 9V at 1/8 width of the input pulse and still not have o/u.

  • In my next clip, I will load a fan with a AA 1.2 volt,

then hook the fan to the TRICITYGEN. I am clearly increasing amps and its driving the Fan much harder than just an unamplified AA battery.

Till then, heres a fully working OU from Australia.

  • So that device is basically a transformer. Transforming 1.2v to 3.6v but you will still have the same amount of watts.

  • No. It is not a Transformer. More volts, wattage and amperage is generated. In this demo, 25 mA goes in, and 80 mA comes out. I have had 9 v and 220 mA coming out from 1.2v 25 mA going in. The motor and generator are seperated by lots of rubber. No electricity is flowing through and out. Not a Transformer.

  • Google "Joule thief" for a smaller DC-DC converter. If your device increases current as well as voltage then you need to show a demo of that as that would be interesting.

  • I agree it's just an Up Converter and a pretty uneficient one too.I built lots of these and I managed to get 8Kv from a 1.5V battery trough a voltage multiplier.

  • You built primitive Up Convertor - This converts small voltage an large current on the input into higher voltage and smaller current on the output. Good convertors with switched coils without moving parts works with up to 90% efficiency bu no more Your is probably much more worse.

  • Hi kawatech, if your configuration as what you claim it to be, please join overunity[dot]com and shared your idea there. I think we could exchange idea on it. Regards. xilusma

  • If its really doing what you say, its most likely a limitation of the meter, the wave shape of a pulsed current can confuse a meter, especially a digital one. get an old analog meter and recheck. if true (heh) youve got the awnser

  • I hope you are right about Chas Campbell! But....energy is easily stored in weighted wheels and only a prolonged test will show this to be over unity. I've been over eager to believe in the past and now I want evidence before pursueing another device. So much wasted time and money due to false or misread indications.
