OMG..I'm gob-smacked at the way you produced this beautiful painting.. I've only painted in watercolours but i do want to have a go with oils now I've watched your videos,thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.and I'm off to our library today to search out 'Drawing with the right hand side of Brain' sounds very interesting.Derek.England.

very nice feeling to see these colours together, I take it this is oil paints and not acrylic? do you mix with a thiner and which product type do you use as the colours are very vivid even when seen over the net:)

I use only the 5 Transparent colors - AND NEVER ADD TURPS OR OIL - Pure thick paint
Colors are Cad Yellow light( - Cad Red (OR Virmillion)- Alizarin crimson - Fren ch Ultramarine Blue and Viridian green

This painting absolutely beautiful.
Did you use ultramarine as the dominant color (and a little raw or burnt sienna?

Yes I used the five prismatic colors -Ultra Marine Blue - Viridian Green - Alizarin Crimson -Lemon Yellow- Cad Red light.
The Raw umber you see is a Mixture Viridian Green and Cad Red - Try mixing it from these amazing 5 color PRISMATIC colorwheel -Best wishes - André
