it would be just impossible to teach dog such things without positive methods. You can always see when the dog isn't well treated - it's walking on "low legs" and has his tale between legs. Etc etc...

to everyone who watchs this saying poor dog she's probably foced to dance, she doesnt look that miserable!! you can tell by how she's wagging her tail and smiling that she's not being treated horribley and enjoys dancing with her owner

@Ba4209-There's a video of an interview with the owner. In the interview Jose (the owner) explains that the Carrie (the dog) has always had a propensity to walk on her hind legs. In fact, in the interview, there's a clip of Carrie playing with other dogs and she starts chasing them on her hind legs.
