  • good instructor - too many pilots out there who don't know how to 'fly' the plane and crap themselves when the panel lights up and are forced to. this may save his life someday.

  • ah this brings back memories, that dammed horn followed by you guts dropping out followed by the drop followed by the roll followed by the "LEVEL THE YOKE NOW" followed by "LOOK which way is she spinning left or right" followed by the "STAND on the opposite rudder NOW" followed by the PULL BACK GENTLY or else the 35 year old cessna's wings will fold up seeing its now doing 110kts in a dive, followed by AHHhhhhhh there the horizon comming down to the nose, followed by power Gently on...

  • @ohthegaz Hey I'm the same, I would love to be a pilot myself and enjoyed the lessons I had, but I'm not a daredevil and watching these things have put me off also, I just want to learn how to fly an aeroplane, to drive a car you dont have to learn how to skid or spin, you learn how to avoid such occurances, surely it would be best learning how to avoid getting into a spin in the first place

  • @Agora2021 Yea the instructor was very straight forward, he told me exactly how to execute it. It scary at first them its really fun when you know how to do it :)

  • @AviatorF16Falcon

    Easy to execute?

That's good, that's very good. That means I'll get to do a lot of them.

  • We did this yesterday at school. My heart almost sank into my stomach when we went into the spin. It's pretty east to execute though!

  • @prohelipilot1 same in South Africa for your PPL

  • is there still enough space in this machine for a guy in a kilt blowing the bagpipe?

  • Why did they have to make the C172 or 152 so small?

  • @LiquidTokyo Agreed! I'll never forget it... we held the 150 level at probbaly 40 kts, I don't remember but the airspeed indicator was not working at that angle of attack, so it was slow! Then he told me to pull back farther... YEE HAW... haha

  • i havnt done this yet.... but then again im only 15 and am on my fourth lesson lololol

  • I had my instructor take me up and we did this in my first week of my private pilots training. I was better than any ride at the amusement park ever!
