Thanks for passing on the word...I viewed your only video--it was good--reminded me of Goodbye Earl by The Dixie Chicks. Not great, but everyone needs an editor. Obviously, the geniuses did not have one (an editor) at the moment of instant creation; Therefore, creating a par to none song. Fun but not funny! I was considering making my own rendition but...memories got in the way & I let it be.
Peace, love, dove, crash pads and incense (in sense)

You would have written better lyrics than three rock stars and one of the biggest novelists on the planet?
Impressive.
Don't worry though; I'll pass the message onto Ben Folds, Damian Kulash, Amanda Palmer and Neil Gaiman that you appreciate their creativity.

I appreciate your creativity. But. Suicide is no laughing matter. It was only a freak accident--not suicide--which is very personal to me & no laughing matter. These lyrics actually suck (except, the do, do, dude-ta, dude-ta, dude-ta parts!). I would've done much better writing the lyrics, if only given the chance =0)

squirrel cpr for the win!

This is brilliant, really brings the song to life!

This is hysterical, yet totally wrong and you are right, I didn't mean to laugh. I'm even a vegetarian, but sometimes you have to squeal like a pig....NO DON"T DO IT and then fall over laughing.because of the inappropriateness of it. Maybe it's the buzz...

I wish I could like this video 100 times.
First off, I really enjoy the way you start the video off with the twitter caps. It's a nice progression between the literal story of the song (a squirrel suicide) and the story of it's creation. Job well done mixing the webcast footage with your own, and it was sad but cute to watch the squirrel CPR. Bravo.

ahaha, love it!
I particularly like the effect of squirrel-cam. Where did you get the session video?

@drekfletch Thanks! I screen-capped most of the webcast live, though the sound didn't really work out (weird and echoey).
