@ewa8949 they're called fucking TIC -TOCS you baboon. and it hits the obliques mostly. also you could get way better results if you slowed the fuck down and didn't have your legs go past 90. DON'T SAY THIS IS LIKE TWISTS. clearly you're lost if you think so. twists there is no gravity involved, these work because you have to use your core to change the momentum and work against gravity. go fast if you want but stop at ninety. you'd use your abs to slow down not your fucking spine.

I have always known those as windshield wipers but for real man it may not hurt right away but SLOW DOWN! Remember working out is like weed quality is better than quantity. I do these and can guarantee it will be more beneficial if you slow down and stop using your momentum, its cheating any way!

Holy fuck! I do these too they are great. I can't do them that fast or rotate that far, if i did i would snap some shit for sure. HAHA
I have never hurt or felt any pain in my back at all. I was doing these again only 1.5 months after a hernia operation. The hernia was from something I had since birth in case anyone thinks I got it from this.
If you have the arm and back strength to hold yourself up I recommend anyone to try this. It really does burn.

So I thought I would add a few comments. Doing it fast or slow are hard in different ways. I can do this very slow even easier but fast is harder. I am swing my legs so fast that my muscles get a burn just by trying to slow them down and reverse direction. If you were doing standing twists with a bar would you really want to go slow??? It is the momentum and slowing down that gives me the real workout.
