Oh. That is apparently the problem people have with all Stiphodon species breeding.
Perhaps, with a small siphon, you could suck the fry into an adjacent saltwater tank. If that's too much of a shock for the babies, then maybe you could place them in a tank that you acclimate to saltwater, and then to a fully cycled saltwater tank.
Just some thoughts. I'm all for the captive breeding of fish for the purpose of keeping them in aquariums.
In the following websites, you can watch the picture that their eggs are deposited by the back of the stone for a while.
It in "Freshwater Forum" in "Loaches Online Forums" There is it in a "Stiphodon genus of the Goby" contribution.
I seem not to be able to write in URL directly somehow or other.

Hi! leecristo.
They lay eggs many times, and the male protects eggs. However, unfortunately it is difficult to breed it in a water tank.
Because, their egg is very small, and the fry falls down to the sea after incubation immediately. (amphidromous migration)
It is said that the artificial breeding of such a fish of the small egg type is very difficult.
There was what I heard from the expert who challenged it, but seems not to have yet succeeded.

Wow. I love Stiphodon gobies.
Were you successful in breeding them? I've never even heard of this species before.
