President Cory's entourage.

Around 12 noon today, along Ayala Ave., I took the chance to express my gratitude and respect to former President Cory Aquino. The heat of the sun didn't matter. It was a very heart breaking experience. I got teary eyed while she was passing in front of me, seeing thousands of people with the "L" sign.. shouting her name.. and singing the People Power theme song "Magkaisa". The most touching moment for me was seeing her grand children expressing their gratitude to the people who showed their love to the late president.

We owe it to her. Each of us, our children and grand children to be. We should forever be grateful for her love to our country and to the Filipino people; for fighting for democracy and for standing up for what is right.

To President Cory, thank you so much for the gift of freedom.
