damn that thing is SWEET! Looks like a blast.
I want a hand cycle but they are SOOOO much money. If anyone has any information on how I can get one without spending a fortune, please let me know.

You usually do crank with both hands at once, as this rider does when he starts, but while turning, you sometimes find it easier to crank with one hand while turning with the other.

why is the crank set up for one arm at a time movement instead of push/pulling both at once like other handcycles?

there are lots of techniques...i tried em all and made up my own ones depending on the situation...practicing thats the name of the game...the longer you try the better it goes...remember that weight shifting & body locking is important
