I think it's a little bit of an exaggeration to say that 5 year old could do this. It isn't very difficult, but 5 year olds have trouble doing shuffles.

Remember that this isn't an actual professional studio, it is a high school, and if it's anything like my high school's dance program, they probably have people who've never danced outside of there before. It's not bad at all.
