I dont think so.
An internal sun doesnt make any sense, even if it is a glowing ball of metal as portrayed in the video, how does it glow?
and also, air is not weightless and thus would have a gravitational pull, furthermore a gravitational field pulls things towards it's center, that center is situated in the center of mass so you would not stick to the side of the inner walls of a hollow sphere, and if you did so would the theorized internal sun. i dont think it is possible

The math is wrong. Gravity is not centered in the crust, but in the center of the sphere. If you are inside the crust, and the earth is hollow, then the side far away will pull as much as the small part next to you. In effect, you are weightless inside the ball. This theory from the movie is logically impossible.
