@sashageyer95 The first song is by Deee-Lite, "Good Beat". I also heard "Groove is in the Heart" and "Power of Love", all by Deee-Lite.

I loved Fashion File with Tim Blanks, as well as the VH1 show hosted by the woman with the square jaw. What was her name? She was wonderful.
