I have no idea what to call my "new functional movement"!! Was playing around today w/ my sandbells - which I LOVE! This was in the middle of today's metabolic workout. Kicked my butt! Nothing like unilateral movement patterns to whip ya into shape! :) I did 10 reps per side x2. Enjoy!
