  • the random guy was our teacher flashing in for one frame opposite tyler durden.

  • jonofx, This was so cool! You already sort of answered part of the question, but there's still something I'm wondering about how you got this to look so identical to the original. Did you just happen to find nearly identical backdrops and manually recreate them, or did you greenscreen them somehow?

Sounds like a dumb question, but a couple scenes were so eerily similar that I had to ask.

  • if your refering to the trash can sequence and the shot where edward puts the ikea book down, those were ripped straight from the DVD. the rest is all our footage with a blueish filter to give it the fight club look. the copy room scene where you see other workers copying on several copiers is actually some clever cropping and editing. we only used one copier for that part that was probably the most technical sequence we did. the rest was close attention to detail. thats all.

  • ive had several people ask me this, we used a Canon GL2 and final cut studio with some color corection to get the blue fight club look.

  • WHAT CAMERA DID YOU GUY USE

  • Thanks for the reply jonofx. Well, that was an awesome job. I'm a big "Fight Club" fan, and I can say that this was uncanny with the exact look and feel. Keep those coming!

  • just idiot!

  • Man, you look like Danny Dyer.

  • That line in the movie about space exploration always bugged me, cuz in the book it's actually an appropriate line for the situation but in the movie they just seemed to put it in randomly.
