@TheFishKeeper100 firstly, if u want turlte, u gotta GET RID OF THE PIRANHAS! if u live in the US, u can buy red eared sliders, cooters, or painted turtles (in my opinion, the easiest beginners). i prefer red eared sliders, so i'll tell u more about them:
-they live up to 35 years
-within 5 years, males will reach sexual maturity and will be about 8-10 inches long while females reach sexual maturity at 7-9 years and will be 12-16 inches long!
-babies cost around $30.00 to $50.00 dollars
thinking of getting a turtle and put it in my 250-260 litre tank i have a fluval 206 filter and 2 air pumps and a backround that looks real, but i dont have so much gravel , i have 4 piranhas in it that are about 6-7 inches they eat goldfishes that are bigger then they are, do u think i can get a turtle in my tank? if so, can u tell me what type of turtle i can buy, how much it cost, how big they get, what they eat,and the requirements, and if i can order them at the closest pet store. plz reply.

@TheFishKeeper100 sorry i really don't remember much about turtles...you can probably buy them at petsmart, petco, or my favorite, local family owned shops. My turtle no longer lives in a tank but an a pond in my backyard.
