He is such an amazing songwriter, he made so many people's careers with and for them, he was so willing to share his beautiful talent for putting his true feelings into the words and music of a song.He enjoyed hearing others sing his songs, so so much, as he knew he had an extremely unusual voice. I love his voice, his songs, his looks, his emotions on his sleeve at all times. Went to heck and back, but came through it all a loving giving generous decent human being. thanks for posting this.

kris was a dynamic song writer ,but he really wasnt much of a vocalist. Wylon Jennings Cover of this song is and always will be the best, just as me & Bobby McGee will always belong to Janis Joplin

I am so happy to see these videos.. My mom passed away 3 weeks ago, and she loved Kris... when I was a little girl, she would play his records and she was a singer and guitarist, and she would sing these songs... it's so sad to hear, yet so beautiful to be able to listen to and see the videos..

I remember sitting around the house on the weekend with sum other family members 7 my dad singing this song to my mama, never will forget the look he had in his eyes for her.

I think when you watch him back when he sung these he really meant what he was singing about. You just listen and watch expressions he really does mean it and it comes from his heart

In my opinion, he doesn't have the greatest singing voice, but it comes off as that much more sincere and heartfelt. Thats what make his tunes so great. He sure can write a great tune.
