I think he basically predicted what ended up happening with the word, "Wassup my nigga'?"

I remember George Carlin also made a very interesting point in his stand up about "nigger". He said that there truly is no such thing as a "bad word" or "bad language". it's the CONTEXT that makes the word good or bad.
It's the thought and emotions that we put into a word that gives it such power.
That's why "nigger" is such a powerful word because there is so much emotion put into the word which creates such tension.

This makes for some entertaining film making but the premise of using offensive words more rather than supress them is demonically erred. Using them more often, indeed only warped your individual perception of the word and never altered its core offensive meaning. All other races who are offended by this completely ridiculous suggestion should see this for what it is; sensationalism propagated by the Hollywood liberal consortiums.

The point he is trying to make is that if you can't kill a word that offends your race, then wear it out from the beginning so that way it will be useless in the future and nobody will be hurt by it.
