That's because they're machine made and based off pre set models. aka, mass produced.. decent violins, violas, and cellos are hand made, and each one of them is unique with no fully interchangeable parts... all a piece of art as well as an instrument

I'm sure you have arranged your hair in such a way that it wouldn't be intertwining with the strings and the lines of melody when you play :P ...which in itself would make a perfect melody... at least visually haha

hehehe to me, the viola is such an awkward instrument, but i do love it! i love the richness of its tone, but it just doesnt do what the violin can do for me. the viola seems too calm to be my kind of instrument. i like the violin because it just seems so much more sporadic and PMSing type of craziness. :D

Love the Viola!Wanted the Cello though i love its nice deep tone!^-^ The Violin was my first choise but after a while I grew to big and once I got to 6th grade I chose Viola my first and Cello the second.Good choice to!Cello and Base get bad cuts.
