One of the reasons why Mariah is the best singer of all time is because I don't think I've ever heard a singer sing thirds so well and on pitch. Particularly, "stability..sleep" and so forth. So stunning how she just sits so perfectly in tune.

this was my favorite song off that album, and believe it or not, i only bought it cuz of the song she had with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (was a Bone Thugs maniac at the time).

Well her parents divorced and when Mariah was a young girl, her sister was selling herself for money (prostitution). She wasn't on very good terms with her father until right before he passed from cancer. She has gone through a lot. This is also about Tommy Motola, who was 40 somethin when she was bout 20..they married and he was too controlling..so they got divorced. Yeah, lots of stuff.
