I read the constitution in kindergarten and was retaught it in 4th 6th and 8th grades so that is a lie as well.

Why shouldnt she show her papers. they are the government. Who is she to say shes not intoxicated. "You have not charged me with anything"-how about failure to cooperate with an officer of the law. He is allowed to ask her who she is. That is how the laws work. What if her car matched the description of a drug mule. The police can hold you for 48 hours with non probable calls. This is not tyranny, this is logic. 9/11 didn't really happen the way it did, what an ass. America is not nazi germany.

I think its time to send this message to US military personnel and militia across the US concerning the state of peoples freedoms and the state of the government:
Broken Arrow.

Im just wondering when "we the people" are going to get organized and stand up for our rights that many brave men and women fought for. How much longer are we going to stand by and watch?

@DanceRooster I just think it is bs that she was charged with anything and was hoping that the info I read was wrong. It is my understanding that these sort of "papers" checkpoints have since been deemed unconstitutional by the supreme court. Although, I know they still sneak them in under the auspice of sobriety checkpoints.

In the US you have the right to use public roads, the drivers license can not be denied except as as defined by the 14th amendment. The cops can not stop you and ask for your papers unless they have probable cause, ie you committed a crime or reasonable suspicion that you are about to which they did not. This was a edict by an FBI circular for inciting panic into cops in the US post 911. I have one and its disturbing, basically it list all citizens as potential terrorist. Her arrest was illegal.
@DanceRooster I tried looking up information regarding this case and it appears she was found guilty of "driving without a license and obstructing justice". Do you have any different information?

Sobriety checkpoints serve the public good, but this officer has zero probable cause... no scent of alcohol, no bottles on the seat, no unregistered guns or dope...

1968 Its an immigration check point, all they can do is ask if your a citizen, any thing else constitutes a crime control check point which is illegal in the US.
