oh, because on the website, underneath the driver download, theres a link to purchase a license after the 30 day trail is over...lol

yeah, games are suppose to appear less laggy too..

like if your getting low fps, like say 25 fps on a 60hz monitor, it will look less laggy running at the same 25 fps on a 120hz monitor. Which is a good thing too :-)
