CESAR ROMERO \ Tyrone Power; An Eternal Friendship

In his life, Cesar had many friends and Tyrone Power was one of his closest....They were neighbors and although both worked for 20 Century Fox, they only made one movie together----Captain from Castile----In 1958, while working on a movie in Madrid, Spain, Tyrone died of a heart attack.....surely a devastating loss for Cesar and for Ty's many many fans all over the world...

I think that is such a poignant photo of whitehaired elderly Cesar Romero standing next to the younger Ty Power Jr. who looks like his father in every way. Am I mistaken to think it really is the son of the movie idol we all know?

@goldie0800 ...You are not mistaken, Goldie.....he is really the son of Tyrone Power.....unfortunately, he was born 2 months after Tyrone Power passed away, so he never knew him.....

@anderson7293 Have you noticed it's always the good looking men and women that get the "rumors" started about them? They never start them about the ugly ones. All these people who claim it was "FACT"... I guess the people who really KNEW them.......close friends, wives, girlfriends, children and other family members who say the rumors are "bulls**t" they don't count. And certainly not Zanuck who ended many a career on less than a "rumor"......just ask William Eythe.
