@best3401 It wasn't just the female actresses; the entire movie industry is Iran suffer tremendously from qualified actors.

I watch good movies, period. It doesn't matter where it's from. If you had an iota of understanding of what constitutes a high caliber acting, you would have known that the majority of Iranian actors can't hold a doo-doo against their western counter parts. It doesn't mean that the movie itself is unworthy.

@best3401 I'm an American-Iranian cocksucker who spent half of his life in Iran. I'm also an avid foreign movie watcher and know many Iranian-movie distributors on the east coast.

The acting skills are weak and risible for most part. The story lines, on the other hand, are in many retrospect rich and meaningful.
