I strongly disagree with you. It's not the image that decides if you can insult a woman "whore". Many women in rock n' roll have belly button piercing, tattoo on the lower back or other types of tattoos and they also they dress very elegant, powerfull, beautiful and sexy. And I think that if talented women in rock n' roll music hear something like that, they would insult you back. Be carefull with the stereotypes...
