@Justina614 it would change time signatures extremely often still. Most Tool songs shift many times.

I think this is pretty cool, but I can't learn songs by seeing keys change color that way. I'd need actual sheet music. :-[

@jaidaniels Good analogy and I agree with you; however I don't have the software to edit midis, only change the midi voice.

Blame the midi's creator. None of my tutorials are intended to be perfect. I think the simple fact that my tutorials are by-sight tutorials representative enough of that fact.
If you don't like it, find someone else's tutorial that does it right.
