COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) -- A young woman, who was 14 when she lured a teenager to his death, will be allowed to stay out of jail on probation. Emily Ball appeared before a judge after she violated her probation.Ball told two other men that 17-year-old Travis White had raped her. Brian Golsby and Kasey Dodson then killed White in a Covington apartment in 2009. They are now serving life sentences.Ball, who just turned 19, was in a treatment facility as part of her sentence. She had been serving time in a juvenile facility but was resentenced to probation when she turned 18. Today, the judge decided Ball would be sent to a different treatment center.
