how is it possible that onkyo has WRAT amplifiers and denon doesn't and u thnk denon has slightly better sound quality??

i bought that denon and it broke down after 2 days...so i have to go back and get my money back...i bought that onkyo and it still working....and sound so good...

onkyo rules u smoking some heavy good shit to think otherwise. Sorry. How did the 5007 didn't sell where u get that info from. Bsides for that frackin clicking its awesome . Never had any problems . Sony a good receiver haha Sony is known to give false rating in terms of power. But u r entitle to your opinion

Onkyo has some quality issues that need to be fixed. Read up on 5007 and what I had experienced, other people have had the same problem. 5007 did not sell well, for a good reason. I can only speak from my experience. I can tell you that anything from denon from avr-4311 is a sure buy. I believe that those are still made in japan.

Denon does not suck. Marantz has the same guts as denon .

I had 30 days with denon and owned 5007 for 6 months. I tested both every which way and even so denon did not have as many sound modes to me it still sounded better .not by much but it did. That may be just matter of preference. I would have kept onkyo until now but I've experienced quality issues with 5007. For example: audio drop outs or no sound at all. That was on weekly basis. Each time I had to disconnect power and that would correct the problem. yes ..newest firmware installed. Sold 5007.

No, Sir iiz only drives heights. If you want height and wide at the same time, you need to activate audessey Dsx . Good luck, have fun.
