Yes he is a Rapist the court ruled so. She has a head injury and not got confused on the dates over and over many times. This was explained during the trial, you left this off on your blog. I send to notice anything that was to show Rebecca had a head injury or was perplexed you left off your blog.

If Carlo was not guilty, why did he plead guilty in the beginning? Only when he was told he would serve 15 years did he change his statement! Why would he not take the lie dictator test, when Rebecca said she would, over and over again? Could have been because he could not have passed it? Very very true because he was lying! Remove all lies and he is right were he belongs!

If facts of case on Fair Trials Abroad are accurate, woman changed dates and other parts of her story, had consent-sex after alleged rape, emails begging for more, and HE is a rapist? NO. She was maybe psycho spurned lover, no integrity.
I feel sympathy for women who HAVE been raped or hurt, but this goes both ways.
Carlo should get appeals. SOMETHING is seriously wrong. Some/most Prosecutors try to win at any cost, tho their rule is to seek truth above winning.
