Happy Anniversary, Fern! Love your videos. I'm having trouble (laziness?) finding things to eat... need more veggies, fresh foods. Eating yogurt, bananas, almonds, hard boiled eggs, apples and peanut butter, and occasional salad, avacado. Better to be prepared before getting extremely hungry. Any tips to mix it up with good variety?

Oh cool! I like emails... but I'm slow at replying hehehe, so no big deal, whenever you have time is cool.
I'll show you guys a bread recipe, but only when my symptoms settle down a bit. I'm not able to eat almond flour at the moment.
All my work-stress threw everything off balance :( So I'm starting from the beginning again.
