After much protest on the song i chose (which i chose incredibly quickly) I decided to change it, there you are, happy?

Collection of the worst Nuclear Fusion and Fission and Hydrogen bombs...

I had to change the song as the owners claimed copyright on it which i think is absurd, but i think i Changed it to Evanescence using the Youtube auto change program.

Some dude called nikolai sent me this, thought I would post it:

A falling bomb.
Interesting memories of the war stories my family told me about.

My mother, grandmother, and aunt used to live in Berlin Germany beginning in 1920's after they have fled the Bolshevik Revolution. During the 1940's, my maternal side of the family recounts how the radio announcer would get on air and warn the general public of the forthcomning allied air raid. The first words out of his mouth were: "Kucoo...Kucoo...." and then he went on to tell his listeners to take shelter. My uncle was up on the roof with bags of sand and a shovel in hand in case they dropped a bomb with a phosphorous fuze (Water won't put out the burning phosphorous, but sand will). That uncle was shortly arrested by the SS for being politically outspoken. He spent the remaining four years in a POW Kamp called Sachsenhausen.

My aunt told me how those bombs would whistle through the air as they fell and wrecked havock.

One time, my mother discovered a blockbuster which did not go off in the backyard. The German military was summoned and they had to defuze the device.

My grandmother was a famous movie actress in the German silent films. Her stage name was Alexandra Sorina. She co-starred with Conrad Veight (pronounced "fight") in an original horror film called: "The Hands of Orlach". This was in 1925. Even though she owned property and had plenty of antiques and rare books in her home, this was all destroyed during the bombings.

It was through the help of Albert Goering, Herman Goering's half brother that my family managed to escape the approaching Soviet troops. They were so afraid of being repatriated back to a land occupied by communists. Although Albert was Herman Goering's half brother, he hated the Nazis and helped many Jews escape. Even though he was defended by many of the Jews and Russians he rescued at the Neurenberg Trials, he was still sentenced to prison simply because he was related to his half brother.

My father was born in Harbin, China and was in charge of the construction of the Trans Siberian Railroad. My father recalls the bombings in China during the war. He was young and had to sleep with many refugees in Shanghai where people died, there were maggotts crawling on the dead and he still hates the smell of incense to this day because of this.;

As for the Hydrogen Bomb, my understanding is that if this thermonuclear device goes off and its load is equivalent to about 20 megatons, there would be secondary flash fires within a 75 mile parameter, so it would be futile to go into an atom bomb shelter. You might make it if it is sturdy enough and you have devices which filter out air particles, but many would die. A dirty bomb known as a Cobalt Bomb is also known as The Dirty Bomb because during the reaction, Cobalt-59 is converted into a radioactive Cobalt-60 isotope and this isotope is a gamma emmiter.

Today, we have something called "The Vaccuum Bomb" which is a fuel-air device. Although not radioactive, it causes approximately the same amount of physical damage within the parameter of ground zero.

We live in a world far more dangerous than I used to live in, say, 50 years ago. It is my hope that none of us would have to experience the terror, famine, loss of life and limb, and the same kind of garbage my folks had to go through when they were young.

Good luck, good health, and longevity to you and yours...

--Nikolai

  • Mankind is a disgrace

  • you should post the true video with original music on a non Youtube website.

  • @MarkTheMorose You're right! I took a closer look and saw that they did look like pigs. I am going to stick to the objective observations and rational conclusions instead of emotional and subjective feelings I get. They have used animals in Operation Crossroads as I recall and Operation Plumbob, the "Priscilla" shot involved pigs as well. The data taken from those tests dealt with the thermal pulse on living objects and how to best protect a living organism against thermal pulse, blast, & gust.

  • @Nguli34689 I'm afraid to say that those 3 items are cages of a sort, holding animals. I recall they were pigs. No doubt, this was to test the effect of heat and blast against an organism with similarities to human physiology. In longer clips of that film you can see the unfortunate creatures writhing around; not pleasant at all. I found this out by watching a series of films on Channel 4 (UK), called the 'Forbidden' season, and there was one about these tests, and others involving animals.

  • @balang47 put backthe original song!
