You can do a circuit of push ups, missionary position sex, and a set of naked jumping jacks. Rest 1 minute in between each circuit. And repeat until you climax!
Afterwards finish off with a post workout cigarette :-)

@leemhayward would you recommend protein supplements. do supplements make you lean or bulky, i go to the gym 3 nights a week

@brocktaker and i was only asking for a back routine bcuz i already have an idea about what 2 do for legs without any equipment, high rep body weight squats and lunged, step ups etc, as i said, its all in leem haywood's jungle routines..

@brocktaker but i do legs all the time LOL, i do legs alot more than upper body, bigger muscle needs more time, and lee haywood has made a jungle leg workout too if u havnt noticed..

@hasnaen what about legs you dumbass u can never work em out without equipment and without them you'll look mr incredible or something, u can workout back by doing different pullup variations overhand underhand wide grip close grip,do a static hold at the top at the end of each set and u got ur self a great back routine

please do a body weight back exercise routine lee, thats like the hardest thing for me 2 do without gym equipment..

I'm still a kid and I get a lot of compliments in the gym that my biceps/triceps/traps are really big;
And I get compliments that I'm buff.
But how do I get pecks? Everyone says I have everything, but I almost have man boobs. And I want to look good without having to have a tank top on just to look buff.

If you lean and still have "man boobs" then this could be a sign of "gynecomastia". Just do a google search if you don't know what this is. If it's serious I'd recommend getting it looked at by your family doctor.

@leehayward. hey lee i'hv just subscribe to your video channel and i have one question,,i have only 17 years old and it has been 9 months since i have started going to gym..so what do advised me ''is it good or bad for me or should i wait for two or three years more to go to gym?????will it have its bad effect afterward when i will reach thirty years old because i have heard many people saying its not good,,you are too young to go to gym..so wat is your advice?????

I started lifting weights when I was 12 years old and competed in my first bodybuilding competition at 17. So you are definitely not too young to workout.
