The problem with his idea is it already exists for free in hundreds of schools around the country. I went to a highschool where one third of the school was part of a study guide and note sharing co -op.

I think that they neglected to address a major issue within this business plan; The course content is not consistent across every class and school. Different instructors, textbooks and sub-topics can and will create an issue. In the school of business I am attending, I spoke with students who were taking the same course as I, but with a different instructor and discovered that they had different textbooks and course content focuses.
