This was my test day from last week. Overall pleased with how it went. Need to clean up my snatch but 308 is a PR for the clean and jerk and 320 is a big PR for cleans.

I don't think I'd push them in one direction or the other. Whatever they want to do is fine with me even if they don't choose to lift. Lifting is my hobby. It's ok for them to have there own.
