The lamp and enclosure (model UX21511) for the Hitachi Hitachi 60v500a is replaced by taking off the lower FRONT panel of the TV. The front panel is held on by clips. Do not make the mistake I made :( of thinking this video shows you how to replace the lamp enclosure in the Hitachi 60v500a. Today I replaced my lamp enclosure from the FRONT and it took 10 minutes. Putting all the screws shown in the video took an additional 30 minutes. I hope this helps at least one person avoid my mistake. LOL
