@nick2011yo yes it will, self replicating automatas are one of the greatest goals for humanity.
This printer is open source ( you can get it for free ).
And most parts can be printed by the printer itself.
Thus if someone has a printer - he can print one for someone else.
Material needed for prints is essentially any sort of plastic, like for example a regular water bottle.

@TacosIncorperated yes. but the brilliant thing is the ability for consumers to download a 'model' off the net and print the model into a real thing
