It's obvious that Ian was trying to add one more stride and the horse wanted to go ahead and take the WORST SPOT IN THE WORLD. Why he wanted to, I don't know.

i wonder what actually happened. thiers was no way ian was actually thinking about leaving from that spot. i mean they were atleast a full stride away from the fence?
