In Brazil, the cougar is called "puma", "onça-parda" or "sussuarana"
This small clip has three goals: aware people about the wildlife beauties, the importance of their protection and advertise the original documentary from which this clip was removed.
PLEASE BUY ORIGINAL PRODUCTS. Don't stimulate piracy. Don't buy illegal products, such as dvds. This way you encourage companies to keep on filming the wildlife.
Don't stimulate any harmful action to nature. Don't buy wild animals and animals' derivative products, legal or illegal, such as coats and shoes.

@burnmoon1 Well, I think even if people disagree they can still communicate about it in a calm and rational manner. They just choose not to, for whatever reason. Usually anger issues and anonymity on the internet...

@burnmoon1 Whoa, I agree with you up until the end there. Most animals killed by humans are killed for food. Are you saying the meat industry kills LESS animals than hunters killing for FUN!? Where are you getting your numbers? Usually it isn't for food? Really?

It's amazing how people blame the mountain lion- the predators. Would you rather the animal starve? Would you rather have this species die out, simply because it's just trying to eat? it was the sloth's fault- it climbed back down, thought it was safe, and thats what cost her her life. It's just... wow. Ya know, we kill animals too. And usually, it isn't even for FOOD. It's for sport. So if you compare that to us, we are the most cruel animal in the world.
